About Me
Originally from California I moved to Oregon to attend school and am going into my last year at Oregon State University with a major in crop and soil science as well as environmental science. My interests lie in the preservation and sustainability of our natural resources for future use, but also for a healthier present. Work that I believe can be achieved by teaching people about science and soil, because it will take all of us to make a difference. |
In my free time I enjoy exploring the Pacific Northwest, camping, hiking, and bringing my camera along with me. I recently became interested in photography after photographing a lot of specimens for my ichthyology internship. Realizing that with the right camera and tools even things that have been dead for 50 years can look pretty. Both the dead fish and some photographs of very much alive creatures and landscapes can be seen in this e-portfolio.
